개성공단은 북한이 남한에 대한 경제적 의존도를 높이기 위한 목적으로 세워진 곳이다. 북한은 이를 위해 군부대를 이전하기도 했다. 남한의 보수정권은 이를 정치적 프로파간다로서만 판단했고, 이념적 갈등을 유발하기 위해 갑작스럽게 이를 폐쇄하는 엽기적인 일을 저질렀다. 많은 사업가들이 공장 문을 닫고 자신의 재산들을 북한에 두고 귀국할 수밖에 없었다.
개성공단은 누군가에겐 밥줄이었고, 나아가 남북을 가르는 단단한 철조망을 무너뜨릴 수 있는 힘이 있던 곳이다. 하지만 지금 이것은 어이없게 사라졌고 누구도 책임지지 않았다.

The Gaeseong Industrial Complex was built to enhance the economic dependence of North Korea toward the South. North Korea has also moved their military camp. South Korea's conservative regime has considered it as a political propaganda, and has done a bizarre behavior to shut down that complex for revoking an ideological conflict. Many businessmen were forced to shut down the factory leaving their property behind.
GIC was someone's livlihood and had an ability to breakdown the fence between North and South. However, they are fucked up and nobody is responsible for it now.
